I’m not a personal trainer. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m not some jacked-up influencer trying to sell you lies in exchange for likes.

I’m just a regular man — a trucker, a dad, and someone who finally got tired of feeling weak, tired, and invisible. I built Uneducated Fitness as a no-fluff system to take back control, get strong, and stop making excuses.

I didn’t grow up athletic. I didn’t have a gym membership. I built this from scratch — with bands, bodyweight, and real meals from gas stations and truck stops. No coaches. No gimmicks. Just consistency and a plan I could follow no matter what life threw at me.

This isn’t for fitness freaks. This is for people like me — working long hours, juggling responsibilities, and sick of the BS. If you're tired of being stuck, this system will show you how to move, eat, and train like your life depends on it — because it does.
